The ship sails through the Seto Inland Sea during the day, arriving at Beppu Port or Osaka Nanko Port late at night.

Spending the night on board

Passengers who do not wish to disembark immediately can remain aboard the ship until the morning after arrival.

Please understand that, if you wish to sleep on board, you will not be able to disembark until 8:00 the next morning.

Breakfast will be available the following morning at the ship’s restaurant from 6:00 to 7:30.

Beppu

After disembarking, you can take the following local buses:

To Beppu Station
8:20, 8:50 Kamenoi Bus (Adults 210 yen, Children 110 yen)
8:10 Oita Kotsu Bus (Adults 210 yen, Children 110 yen)
Osaka

After disembarking, you can takethe Osaka Metro Nanko Port Town Line (New Tram) from Trade Center-mae Station to your destination.

Disembarking

After arriving at Beppu Port or Osaka Nanko Port, passengers are requested to assemble in front of the ship’s reception area.
After lights are turned off there will be no on-board announcements and passengers are requested to wake up on their own.
Passengers can disembark once the gangway and vehicle ramp have been lowered.
The gangway will remain lowered for about 30 minutes. (*1)

After that, you will not be able to disembark until 8:00, so please make sure not to be late for disembarking. (*2)

Please note that you will not be allowed back on board after disembarking. (*3)

Public transportation around Beppu Port or Osaka Nanko Port does not operate in the early morning hours on weekends. We recommend that disembarking walk-in passengers make their own arrangements for taxis and other forms of transport in advance. (*4)

  1. Please note that, in the absence of people who wish to disembark in the reception area on the 6th floor, the gangway may be removed 30 minutes earlier.
  2. We will not be able to accommodate any requests to disembark after this time.
  3. After disembarkation is complete, Beppu Port Terminal will be temporarily closed until disembarkation time at 8:00. Please note that you will not be able to wait inside the terminal. Please note that the commercial facility ATC adjacent to the terminal on the Osaka Nanko Port side is also closed until 7:00 and you will not be allowed to enter it.
  4. We cannot arrange for accommodation, taxis or other forms of transport and we ask that you make all such arrangements by yourself.
